Portea is only an aggregator and they do not have labs of their own. I had utilized their services to get some labs for my father who is in his 80s. I call them on and fix an appointment. After some time I get a call that their personnel are booked and cannot come on the next day and they can come only at a later date.
They are just making a killing out of the patient’s discomfort. They are not to help but only to make money. Do not be carried away by their offers.
Ignorant customer care and you will be only wasting your time and energy following up with them
