I booked an appointment with a physio at 9:30am. I got a confirmation message also but he never turned up.
When I called he said it had been cancelled even though I got no notification. I called the call centre and they said they’d try and reschedule the appointment if there was a slot available but haven’t heard back from them. Really unprofessional behaviour.
