The Physiotherapy service has been very unsatisfactory and highly unprofessional. The physiotherapist was very late the first day.
She did not turn up on the next appointment. She took advance payment when she visited next but did not turn up again for the next appointment. Neither did she call to inform that she was not coming nor did she answer her mobile initially. Finally when she answered the call, she lied that the patient was not at home!
How can a bed-ridden patient with extreme pain of slip disc disappear for her own treatment and that too after paying advance and not informing the service provider?!This unprofessional service has caused me extreme mental trauma besides the lumbar pain!
