I use porter for business purposes at the beginning the services were OK but 2 days before I booked porter for the same but the delivery person took triple the amount which was mentioned now he is not answering my calls and have blocked me and he is doing the same to the porter customer care also the customer care did not gave any valid answer and said it will take 24 to 48 hours but its been more than 48 hours and still I have not gotten my refund back porter is not an responsible company enough to rely on do not trust this company
