I had booked a fixed route trip with Porter on 14th June 2025(Booking ID: #947432) and paid ₹;1331. After raising a concern, their support team acknowledged in writing on 16th June that only ₹;974 was applicable and promised a refund of the difference amount ₹;357.
I promptly shared all UPI and bank details the same day. However, till date, no refund has been made and Porter has completely stopped responding. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered.
This is a clear case of cheating and false commitment, especially when the company itself accepted the overcharge in writing.
