My consignment was collected on 02-jun-2025 from mumbnai and not delivered till now 16-jun-2025, there is no proper response from customer care side even they are not providing your ordertracking details and not replying over mail . its very disgusting and frustrating for chasing the team for getting material delivery.
I suggest to don’t use porter any more.
