Vendor does not even bother to pack the glass items in bubble wrap.
We also took there unpacking service, they didn’t unpack a single carton just dumped the pack carton and said you just remove the items we will collect the carton later.
Upon calling the porter customer care they keep dodging that some department will call you, which we never got.
On top of it they were shouting on us
