So far a mixed experience. But my work is yet to be done. Due to online frauds I wanted to visit their office to make sure whether this porter where I have booked my order is a genuine one.
So I visited their office on Thursday 25th July 2024 in the noon time. Their office was closed and hence the watchman handed over a visiting card of their senior manager by name Mr. Vijay Sawant. I contacted this Vijay around 12.30pm. He said he can not help as he has no vissibility. He further gave a most third class advise that generally in Government department some clarks give.that I will have to visit to their office once again. I got so angry with this person. So why the hell their person handed over the card of this bugger to me? Such nonsense employee personnel destroy credibility of any organization. I would advise Porter to destroy this fellows visiting card and surely demote this person whom they have made senior manager. If possible even demote such people.
