I took service from them few months back to shift one almirah within the said distance. Their incompetent staffs made big scratches on the front side of the almirah. When lodged complaint, they called me 3-4 times but every time did drama to the full extent. They always tried to establish that I am lying and their incapable staffs are correct just to make sure that they won’t refund anything to the customer. Worst support staffs, worst customer care representatives, worst management I have ever seen. Would request everyone not to take any service from them.
