I was purchased Portronics 500 GB wired external hard drive from local store. The price was affordable. Design is also very good its size is small so easy to carry. Data transfer speed was good first month. But after 3 month using it makes me disappointed with its slow data transfer speed. I was facing connectivity problems too. I visit that store from where I was purchased it’s but shopkeeper suggest me to email on company’s email address. I send them many emails but I didn’t get any response from them. Now I’m feeling irritated because I have wasted my money. I have purchased Sony external hard drive now. Which is working better then this one. I don’t recommend portronics company’s products to anyone. Don’t waste your money and time.
