I had placed an order Rakhi for my wife’s brother on Aug 11th for delivery on Aug 20th..The rakhi did not reach and when I called up the customer service they said they will call me back in 10 mins and did not call back. Today is Aug 21st..so the occasion lost without a Rakhi..
Due to no control in India, we have such people who flourish.. I am not sure if its someone just hosting a site and trying to make some quick money by cheating people... I have used Snapdeal, Ferns and Petals, Rediff , eBay, Jabong and never had a problem till date.. My mistake of ordering from just some Tom/Dick/Harry... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.
