I have a very bad experience about the company. Its a fraud company. The website is very good to attract people. They will commit a date for your card delivery and take extra charge for that, but they will not deliver it. I had placed an order for a new year greetings card on 26th Dec 2012 and the expected delivery date I mentioned as 1st Jan 2013. Today is 8th Jan 2013 and still the card is not delivered & I’m writing this review.
Their customer support is very bad one I’ve ever come across. I’m a hardcore online shopper & I frequently do shopping from myntra, tradus, fashionandyou, jabong, shopclues, bagskart & ebay . All these companies have a good customer support and their delivery is outstanding.
I’m calling the helpdesc number provided by postmygreetings.com more than 5/6 times a day. And hardly they receive any calls if you are lucky enough. Every time they will tell you please tell us your order number & details we’ll get back to you and that get back never happens from their end.
Writing mail to them will also not work. I got the 1st reply from them after writing 5 days for 5 consecutive days. Each day when I call them or mail them they says me please wait till 6 PM.
Those people say they send by courier but when I asked them give me the courier tracking details they don’t have any answer. Then they came with a new answer we had send it by speed post and your address is wrong , so it returned. Now we’ll resend it in courier and you will have to wait.
This is a purely fraud company , they’ll definitely cheat you.
This si my personal experience with this company. Now I’ll never go for this comapny & planning to lodge a complain in consumer court against them.
