This is the third class gym in andheri east, mahakali road, no doubt the equipment are good enough to work out but what if a person who doesn’t know anything and he has joined gym for the first time, it was an incident with one of my friend who use to work with me and after work we use to go to gym, in the start it was very good and we use to enjoy at gym but some days passed when the supervisor showed his true colors and forcing my friend to take a personal trainer.
As he was little weak but he could not afford so continued with the general trainers at gym, but the bhaviour of the trainers and supervisor were like we are burden to them like aukat nahi h trainer rakhne ki toh kyu aate h discount le k arey what the hell who are they to tell, we are paying and not using gym for free and also the trainers are not certified.
They teach us however and as per their moods no proper process for daily routine, do exercise anything anytime, definitely this needs to be stopped and finally we stopped going there, thanks mouthshut this platform gives us the freedom to disclose all the wrong in this society and guys do like and comment if u like it.
