I got appointment fixed for a particular doctor 4 days before and got confirmation on my cell as well.
The appointment day I went, they said doctor is yet to come and they have no clue whether she is coming or not.
My Mother who is around 65 age has broken back and not advised to sit or travel for long time. Inspite we waited for one hour and later only know that the Doctor who was suppose to come has gone on Camp.
This was ridiculous to hear and they said you can contact any other doctor who is available. If I am not particular about that doctor appointment why I would have particularly booked that appointment slot with her.
I came out of the hospital telling them, they are unprofessionals and don’t have any business ethics.
