This is one of my favourite films, it’s got a really good plot and great actresses , Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock both give equally great performances throughout the film. The film has a great storey line and a great sound track.
As the title of the film ’’practical magic’’ may suggest it is about magic. Basically a quick outline.... Bullock and Kidman play the Owens sisters, it follows their lives as witches in a small town, with a family curse over the family that any man an owens girl falls in love with will need to watch out for the cry of the death watch beetle this shows the girls struggling to lead happy lives.
It’s a bit spooky at times, but some funny quirky bits throughout. The Owens sisters are the main charecters, but there are the Aunts played by Dianne Wiest and Stockard Channins, and the Daughters, two of each generation.
It’s a great film, I really recommend seeing it, it’s a film for teenagers, I won’t reveal the ending but it’s great!
