I have one of the worst experience with BONITO interior designer in Bangalore. I gave my contact to BONITO after looking at so many Videos on youtube and had an impression of their work but after dealing with them I found them very unprofessional.
They took 6 months of time in finalizing the design though promised to be completed in 4-5 meeting within 1 months. Their designer doesn’t have any idea but ending up taking your suggestion. They have some standard measurement so they cant customized their work based on your taste. After 6 months when I asked them to show their work.they excused but finally I got a chance to see 2-3 projects. I met with client personally and they also had very bad experience with BONITO. I requested BONITO to refund my money as they have so many restriction in completing my work as per my choice and bad feedback from other customer.They refused to refund money and asked to deduct 1 lakh rupees as designer fee. I end up dealing with them.giving kitchen work and refund remaining amount. They came to my home to fit the kitchen which had a tall unit. I asked them specifically to take measurement as I need to use inbuilt microwave and oven. They ensure that I need not to worry about but later when I called a company professional to check if Tall Unit can accommodate their appliances then he said no. Tall Unit measurement was wrong. I asked BONITO to replace the UNit, Now they are giving me excuses.
About refunding my pending amount also they took more than a month and paid in multiple installment. While asking the reason, they said they have cash flow problem.
Very unprofessional behavior of the employee. I would recommend not to go with BONITO any time even if their price is 50% less than any other interior designer.
