Hello, Dr. Prateek Aggarwal here, I am very disappointed by Practo services as they dont deliver them; the way they committ. I have purchased Practo Reach Slot for Ghaziabad Vaishali General Dentistry For My Clinic on 14th of july 2015 till 13th of january 2016. With order id 20032937 At that time Territory Sales Manager Mr. Samarjit Samanta was dealing with me in the same regard. He promised me alot of things. He showed alot of statistics and promised me withGuarantee that sir this product will bring alot of patient to you and watever money you are investing will come back to you with in 2 to 3 months and many more things. On trusting him I invested 28728 Rs.
But all in vain since I didnt get even a single appointment in the whole period of my subscription. Apart from that they shown me or notified me regularly on weekly basis that my clinic got 800 views; somtimes 1000 views(not less than 500 views ever in the period of my subscription) weekly. Bt still in a period of 6 months having atleast 500 views weekly.
I didnot get even a single appointment; that also shows its all fake and completely generated by them on the server or watever it may be but evrything is fake. And moreover when I called him(Samarjit) to raise some issue he didnt respond back.(I was complaining him on regular basis but he never responded neithr on whatsapp nor by call) Even I was not aware how to raise an issue on support(i asked Samanta for it too but as usual he didnt tell me)then there was an another representative(who came to me to sell their tablet) told me how to do so. after that I raised the issue on support in January but the same thing no positive response from that side too till today. So I kindly suggest all my colleagues not to go for Practo as they people only sucks and enjoy on our hard core money. Worst experience ever. Many more things are there can’t type more.
