I booked an appointment for an gynaecologist online on practo.com my appoinment was at 6pm on 12th aug 16 n my booking id 50024670, as per my appointment time I rushed to the hospital on time n when I checked with the receptionist she replied doctor left long back, I checked her database my name was mentioned that my appointment is at 6pm. The receptionist cancelled my appoinment at that moment. I’ll post a sceenshot of my sms from practo. If doctor was suppose to go we should have been informed earlier to reschedule the appointment or we could have booked an appoinment with some other doctor. N upon that practo promises 100% guarranty on their appointments n if in case doctor it self cancels the appointment they promise us to provide 1000rs voucher for consultation, as soon as I reached home after getting disappointment of not meeting the doctor I messaged practo on their page about the negligence but no reply next day on 13 aug 16 I called practo on 8880588999 spoke to a lady she asked me all details which I provided to her n she replied that her executive will call me back soon. Till date I didn’t receive any calls from practo. I would suggest people don’t trust practo instead book your appointments personally with the doctor in case of emergency anyone can suffer. Cause practo doesn’t value their words n customers satisfation.
