Practo

Practo is a great way to find doctors nearby and carry the whole process online .But there are few problems I faced and found practo is not usefull to the full limit.problems faced are

-even if we book an appointment online the hospitals and clinics are giving importance to people who took the appointment directly

-If the doctor is not good enough we cant complain in practo ( practo is not taking negative feedback)

-many of the reviews on practo are fake because they are not accepting negative feedback

-at times its not showing all the available doctors nearby

-should be improved immidiately before loosing users
