Practo, is a facilitator, not the end service provider. It practically has no control over doctors and their clinic management staff who actually manage the queues. If a patient had to wait for 30 min beyond their appointment time are you gonna demand an explanation from the clinic? And are they answerable to Practo? No. So, dont promise what you cant deliver. Practo help in booking appointments which is great but the ultimate patient experience is not in their control. On a single day 3 doctors cancel on me and that too without even informing me. I have been to all three, wasting my whole day.
Practo have to struggle more to help patients book appointment with Practo at their convenience which helps them book an appointment at a preferred time. I think they need to work with the network of Doctors to constantly strive towards less wastage of time when it comes to waiting at the clinic. Practo need to integrate the thought across Practo app users and Doctors, both.
