I was searching for a Physiotherapist to my mother’s fractured wrist and came across to Practo.com and booked an appointment with the doctor for the next day based on schedules available. however we could not make it for the next day and cancelled the appointment online.
The doctor called later and asked us the reason for cancellation. I politely informed the reason but to my surprise the doctor rudely informed that we should cancel it two hours before. When we visited the other day, first he wasted the minutes on the matter that why we did not mention the patient name. Is this really a concern when the patient is sitting next to you and doctor is cribbing on petty things?
The schedules show the doctors are busy but in reality there is not a sparrow sitting nearby. It was a bad experience. Its better to go to a hospital and get checked.
