I had a minor knee pain. One of my cousins who is a physician advised me to check the uric acid and ESR.
I have gone for an executive check up. Everything was normal but the level of uric acid was little high as my cousin expected.
I thought to get a parallel medical consultation from online clinics and unfortunately reached at https://practo.com
I paid Rs.199 through credit card, to opt the chat option with a physician.
There was a(chat) window to post our health issues; and I posted mine.
- I opted for chat window, which was costing Rs.199, expecting a physician would appear for answering my questions online.
Then I uploaded the lab reports and put all my concerns. The shocking thing was that they again asked more money(Rs.499) for direct connection to the doctor, otherwise it would take 24 hours to respond!
I realized this is a fraudulent organization and I didn’t pay again, but I opted 24 hours.
It was happened a day back, my post was neither seen nor replied by any of the medical practitioners till this time.
I suggest the users to get assistance from your local hospitals instead of going behind this greedy dogs.
Beware, their eyes are on your wallet for sure.
