Pragati Movers and Packers are pilferers and lack any sense of responsibility to customers. I paid Rs. 14, 000, in ADVANCE, and while they arrived promising proper treatment and timely delivery, the goods were delivered in poor quality cartons - battered and squeezed, many days late.
But worst of all, some of my goods were stolen . They refused to deliver the goods without the full payment made in advance, and then stole items, from the packed boxes.
On making repeated complaints for over 2 months, they neither return my phone calls nor make any attempts to restore the stolen goods or refund the loss incurred.
They are to be avoided at all costs. Please spread the word and ensure your circle does not use their criminal "services".
