The resort has a weird policy of unilaterally booking for 15 people even though we had requested a booking for 8 people for day outing. At the time of billing, even though the excess head count was a mistake from their end, we were treated like criminals trying to scam them of 7000 Rs. This undid all the plus points of the resort.
The pool hall is claustrophobic and is accessible by entering the bar. So, this may rule out usage of pool hall by some. The swimming pool is not usable post lunch due to it being visibly dirty. Food is not bad. Lockers don’t have numbering. So, even though the locker key has a number, you don’t know which locker it opens. When one of our party was dangling her legs in the pool, an employee rudely said it is not allowed and hurt her feelings.
He may have been enforcing policy, but he could have been polite as we never talked back.
