I had utilized their services 3 times, once I was there as part the tour, and other two times it was for my relatives and friends. All the three times, we were very happy to have selected this travel expert and the way tour went.

Customer Service: We got courteous response from the customer service executives all the times and quick to get the tour details and plans. There was a time when I had to change the plan for my relatives to Kerala 3-4 times in a day, and every time, they responded with all the required details for my planning. On top of that, they were taking calls at even late in the evening or early morning also to resolve any concerns during the tour. That’s really amazing.
Drivers: all the three tours, we got experienced and polite drivers who assisted us well to have safe and fruitful tours.
Hotels: All the hotels we got the booking through them were good and near by site seeing places.
Thanks to Patrick who takes calls whenever I wanted to talk to him and gives his expert advice to plan our travel. Thanks to his team and drivers who were equally cooperative.
