I had the opportunity to get my i10 Magna serviced from Pramukh Hyundai last week and to my surprise, they did a good job of it.While the billing way beyond my expectations, the final result was satisfactory.
One thing which I would like to comment on their entire setup would be the location and the tidiness of the workshop. Its not all that great, however, the mechanics are good and know their Job.
The only negative point in the entire episode was I paid INR 600 for interior cleaning and my windshield which was good before the servicing totally got dirty post servicing.
When asked for an explanation, they did a shabby job of cleaning the windshield with a dirty cloth which made the matters even worst. All I could do was "Thank them" and leave without loosing patience.
I still feel they have a long way to catch up. I usually prefer Modi Hyundai, however, I tried Pramukh Hyundai for the first time and I would say I’m satisfied with the overall servicing except for the Interior cleaning part which is not even worth INR 100.
