Poor Management. Review on Prasad Company Project Works Limited Hyderabad

Dear friends, I want to share review about Prasad Company which will be useful to all. One my colleagues worked in this

company for more than 15 years. There are different Construction projects undergoing in different sites of our country

But the management is very poor and bad condition. There are not even paying salaries regularly to employees .

There are no Pros for this company.

Cons:-

1. There is no Professionalism between staff and management.

   
   




2. There are so much politics in the administration.

   
   




3. Lot of Communication gap between staff and management.

   
   




4. There is no timely increment and bonus.

   
   




5. There is no staff benefits.

   
   




6. There is no co-ordination among people and in-between sites.

   
   




7. Scarcity of funds to run their projects.

   
   




8. They don’t complete their projects in time.
