These guys are a bunch of looters and dacoits and frauds.
My Brother and Sister-in-law were moving to Australia so they had to deliver the new stuff to our parents house which they bought after their wedding
In the name of packers and movers they took the money and items to deliver the stuff to my parents place in Bihar.
First they took 4 months to deliver the items and what they delivered was purely from the kabadi/garbage place in Pune.
They changed the brand New Lg HDTv 40 inch with an old Panasonic TV of 28 inch, as at the time of packing the list said only TV.
They did not deliver the entire Airtel Set Top box which was bundled with it.
The Almirah was delivered in shatters and the glass was not even there, let alone be broken to pieces.
The mattress was in ruins. The Plastic chairs were broken.
In total, none of the stuff was delivered in a good shape or lets say even 60% of its original shape.
In addition, they had told us that they will unpack the stuff at our parents place and our parents wont have to touch any items at the time of delivery.
What actually happened just blew our mind. A truck came at 10:30 Pm at night in front of our house and they just placed the items on the side of they roads and fought with my father to sign the receiving letter that they have received all the items in correct shape. And When my father declined to sign the letter they were harassing/threatening him saying they will complain to police in pune.
If we were in India, we would be have logged a police case on these packers and movers.
Beware, Do not use these guys, they might charge you less but you will lose your stuff along-with your items. Do not take service from these people, as they have the worst attitude and no will to help you.
You will be at loss.
