I had a horrible experience of booking ticket with prasanna site.

1. I booked a ticket with prassannatours.com which redirected me to a site with IP address. Remember IP address are so difficult to remember that DNS needed to be invented.

2. I booked ticket without even these guys verifying my email or mobile number. This can easily lead a terrorist to travel on any ones name.

3. I was not mailed my ticket to print. So I Lost my PNR number because my printer could not print ticket. What a bad biz these people are doing.

4. I did not get PNR number by SMS even.

5. I was charged 2% extra under name of’TAX’ for what? For all this shiiiit.

6. They didnt even make sure that I should not loss my PNR.
