Hello friends I am explaining my views on prasar bharti.my one friends is in prasar bharti which has an engg assistant post in it at scale of grade pay 4200. Yet it had recruitment from ssc though it is not preffred by many one.because it has many discrimination .as now government is promoting it by advertisemeny of its achievement by it.also prime minister come it and expresses on man ki baat.but there is no work in this .also carrer growth is also limits. For current year while 3rd prc is given to the previous employee of the prasar bharti has gone it while current emlloyee are not getting this because they are said that they are the employee of prasar bharti board.so they will be paid 3rd prc according to new rules.thus carrer growth is also limited but they having sufficient time for praparation of other fields that is benifits of this . as it is pure cental government so job is secure no doubt
