Pratham Motors Sarjapur Rd, Bangalore has the worst sales people and their pathetic response to your need is really something that everybody should be aware of. They will tell you that they would deliver the car (which of course according to them is ready!) within a week’s time (considering the loan process time from their bank executives) however, my experience is that its been 3 weeks now still they have not delivered tha car.
Today’s update: "Fittings are not ready yet but you may take the car and return it to us after 2-3 days! we will do the fittings after that!"-Wow.... what an answer...!! related to bank work, I had to run around myslef to the bank to get the things done and Pratham motor guys are too busy to handle this. today is the starting of 4th week (for an Alto car!) and this is supposed to be my first car! What an experience!!
Neither they would take the responsibility of your loan process nor they would adhere to their timelines. Pratham Motors Sarjapur Rd, Bangalore is the worst Maruti dealer... Sick they are. They are really pathetic!
