Bad customer relationship management

I had an awfully bad experience with Pratham motors service group. It was one of the worst customer relationship management groups.


My celerio was given for servicing on 21.05.2020. As agreed, the vehicle was picked up.


When all set for service, there was a phone call from them with regards to disinfection of car to avoid covid 19 contacts. When the patient is in ICU, we have to agree to Doctor .I also did it.


My grouse here is they did not inform me till the car was in service bed. Even during talking with them at the time of booking for service, this was not revealed.


It was informed during taking delivery of the vehicle that free pickup and drop will be arranged for servicing. On the contrary, they charged for this also. Information was given after the bill was made.This was also not informed early.


While I discussed this with their senior officials, the answer was so rude that We don’t feel like going to them again for any servicing reqirements.When I spoke to their CGM at sales, he promised to revert back, but never turned back even for an SMS.When I spoke to their Servicing AGM, he was so rude and never listened to my grouse. There is a way to speak to a customer. They think that customer is at their beck and call in this age of business scenario. Let their CEO look in to this aspect and find out how these   lapses happen and whether their team will behave like this with customers?


I don’t mind paying the charges, but three should be transparency in all fronts.


The response was very bad and customer relationship is extremely bad with service team of Parham motors.
