I had been to Pratham Service centre (Outer Ring Road) today, to drop my car for a paid service. I was made to wait for 15 minutes and no one to attend.When I approached the reception desk, I was asked about the how many km done and how old is my car.The moment I replied (5yr old Zen, 50k km done), attitude of the person changed and was told to wait again, for another 10 mins!I could see that other customers were being attended who had come after me. There was another customer with an Esteem and he was made to wait along with me. Is this because we own a car which is old and so priority should fade away? Seems like priority is given only to the new customers availing the free service or those just moved to the paid service time window.Very pathetic customer service.
I would not suggest anyone to buy a car from Pratham nor the service center.
