I had horrible experience with Pratham Motors, Bellandur when it comes to their service. I had given my new swfit for service twice there and both the times consistently they did a pathetic job.
In first service, there was lot of dry grass stuck stuck in chasis and had asked them to clean it specifically. The called up and said the car was ready to and I can take it. When I went there they made me wait for 30 mins to get the car. To my surprise when I checked the car chassis was not at all cleaned and I could still see the grass there. They said they will clean it and give , I had to wait for another 1.5 hrs for them to get this done.
For the second free service they take the car, they make dent on the car and fix the dent and return it after 2 days. When I look at the car again it’s not been cleaned properly.
When I try to register a complaint for this, there is no proper mechanism to take complaint and you here is just assurances that it won’t happen next time.
This is the worst place to get the car serviced, since I stay close by I thought it would be easy.
