Hope, if pratham motors guys if reading will remember me, I had given my wagon R for service @ Pratham Motors, ORR opposite to my office in Eco space.
I will never ever go back to them again in my entire life. Even if I had to service my car for money or free
The service team is lead by a Big Rag head, That old timer, I guess his name was ShivaRaj, was just incapable, of handling even a small issue like mine, and I had to meet the service in-charge Rajkumar(Just F@#Kin, Joker)His ego and attiMr_customtakeouter is Bloody rude and unfriendly .I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND what he was speaking! cant believe a Service Manager cant speak simple sentence properly! I only pity, the Owner of Pratham Motors. I guess the company head is wasting paying these two jokers salary . when they cannot do simply their jobs well. I feel I could wash the car better than giving these in their hands .
They had made me run for 3 days for a mere service which in other maruti dealers would have taken hardly 1 hours. Over that, they don’t let me see the car. I wanted to meet the Company’s head, but they begged literally me not to as their are plenty of complaints on them already and would have serious consequence. My Car was soap stained . My seats were grease marked and stained, my under body wash was .just pathetic, i cant believe, with such professional car service around , a company like Pratham Motors still exists. I only wonder .
I only hope they ordeal I went through should not happen to my even my enemy .I hope its only matter of time, that the Management of Pratham Motors to whip these two guys out of their company and get some one who is young and youthful and understands the problems better! Because, we spend our hard earned money on our favourite car and give them in these JACK A$’s hand then . What is the value for our hard work.! I only hope the Company head sees this review and gives these two morons, a Pink slips! and tell them, Ur just and employee of the company .not their Fuc@in owners! so take care of customtakeouters rather than looking at your online bank accounts whether your salary is credited or NOT!
