Today I gave BLUE WagonR for my service. Upon delivery I see BIG BIG new deep scratch as if scratched with a knife almost 15 cm long right on bonnet and colors peeled of and another one on side door. They denied they did it. I know during my handover its not there, Also confirmed from other persons at home. I am sure somebody within workshop is sabotaging it to hurt the customers.
I have lost confidence to give the car anymore. I was there customer for last 7 years. Its a big loss to the resale and looks to my car because of their internal rivalry. Unfortunate but I am paying for it. They are polite but customers are getting screwed because of there act. Car nos KA 51MB5216. There management said they will check CCTV. I have 30 minutes chat with GM at 6 pm and he did not reverted back even after 5 hrs. Supervisor says 15 person worked on it, a ploy to avoid catching the right person.
This is pathetic and distrustful. They should be show-caused and should pay for the damages being done to the customers who trusted them. Incident happened on 19 Jan, 2015
