I had given my Wagon R for 20000 km service and certainly it was a paid service and Service advisor was ok with me and heard all my compaints(there was not much) and promised me to give back my car by 6 and by 7 o clock I got my car back .
Here starts my probelm.
Till I give my car for service it was performing fine and I just don’t skip any service(even paid onces) so I had given my car . After getting my car and I drove home and from the next day car was not performing well and I feel like tyre is punchured or firing is not proper or some thing like that .
And finaly I decided to give my car again to a local but authorized maruti service center. There they checked my air filter, plugs, fuel filter etc and Air filter was not cleaned and on 20000 km service fuel filter has to be changed and it was not done. and mostly two of my spark plugs were old one itself and they have charged me for all the 4 plugs!
when I checked with some of my friends I had seen same kind of problems with may of them. and I was realy disappointed with those CHEATERS and shamelessly some of the staff called me and asked about the service after 2-3 days.
I had stored all the bills with me even now . just waiting . on one fine morning some one from pratham motors will call me and give the refund
