Door to door collection if your car gets a dent is bit tedious. I had to finally go to the place to put and get the car back. Repair work was fine. This will be a quick update - Everytime I go to Pratham to get a servicing job done, there will be some jobwork remaining. My question is - If you want a good rating, then get your team to work towards it. Dont expect the customer to give you a 9 when the job is incomplete.
Badger the service team to improve their service levels. Had some other problems with getting information about the vehicle when it had gone for repair. The concerned person who was suppose to convey the information on phone had left the job.
