Great expereience with Pratham, ORR, Bangalore

I booked by SX4 via phone (am in Chennai and moving to Bangalore soon), and the sales team (Ravi Prakash) was very helpful from day 1. Was extremely informed and clearly mentioning the options. I was looking for Black Color, Diesel Variant and with the pre-budget price.

Unfortunately they are able to provide only the grey color one with the pre-budget price. before March end. They also clearly mentioned why they cannot provide. Great to interact with such people. I am yet to get my refund, however, they made it very clear on that as well that usually it takes a week or 2 to get it back.

Amazing folks to deal with from sales perspective. I would at any time recommend Pratham for any Maruti Suzuki products.
