Before Sales: I would not give any points here’coz I had already done my ground work with various other dealers. I guess they do explain things very well.
While Delivery: The salesguy really was very friendly and he was very patient to answer all my questions, arrange my delivery, insisted in getting the pooja done, got things clarified, got me an additional idol on request, got some chocolates for my son:-). These are small things, but makes you feel good.
Service: I have completed my first service and I am happy with the quality of service and their customer friendliness.
Process: They are very process oriented and stick to it so well. For example, calling over the phone to confirm about the quality of the service, etc. Thats a big plus point as I have seen when process is followed, it really helps in keeping up to the customer satisfaction.
Showroom: The showroom is really spacious with good ambience. You dont have to bump into the crowd like in some of the small show rooms. This really doesnt matter to me much, though.
