I have a Maruti Alto 800 which I had given to Pratham motors, Queens Road for the 3rd paid servicing. The parking sensor was working perfectly fine when I had given it for servicing via pick up. Post service, I noticed that the sensor was not detecting close objects like it used, the wires were jutting out in the rear, to and immediately flagged off the pratham workshop service personnel.
After spending one whole day at their workshop, they finally informed that the device had gone bad and has to be replaced. This was unexpected and they now have an unhappy customer who will think twice before spending money on their so called premium service to have unforeseen issues which they are unable to solve.
