Prathima Multiplex is the only one Multiplex in karimnagar. Every time I will watch movies in that. It has games zone where we can play games. There is a restaurant present in the block itself. But there Is no shopping mall in the Multiplex because multi includes number of things not one or two. But it is the best place were we can watch movie play games and have food at once. The environment is also quite good. I hope people of karimnagar enjoys watching movie in it
