I owned a shine (self & disk) i purchased a vehicle in jan 09 when i going for 1st service to pratul honda workshop at soamji guda. Advisor attended my vehicle & written my complaints like: engine noise, handle pulling right side, while 40-60 speed handle shaking.
When I take the delivery the problem are same not resolved the problems, when i asked to advisor then adjusted the handle & rpm. And said vehicle is new take some time to free the vehicle. After few i visit with same problem & engine noise is increased after 1st service & gears are slipping while putting down.
One technician checked my vehicle and confirmed some clutch work pending in vehicle need to do. And s.a. was said come tomorrow morning we will rectified the problem, After few days i visit to workshop I complaint to advisor about problems he taken the vehicle into workshop and adjusted the fork handle and kept the vehicle in ready vehicle bay.
After 2 hours I asked to advisor status about vehicle he said your vehicle is ready i surprised with his comments he not attended my engine noise problem. Then I shouted on him the supervisor came and start the my vehicle and said no complaints in your vehicle i request him to take the test then after comfirm. But he is not interested. After long argument with supervisor he arranged a technician and ready for trail. And technician confirmed clutch problem & engine noise. Handle shaking & pulling to right.
How could we serviced this type of service center & service supervisor. And the supervisor said coe for 2nd service that time we will rectified your problem. After long argument with him i return from workshop and i visit to another workshop and they are solved my problem within 30 mins. Shameless service providing pratulhonda , somajiguda, hyd. And that useless supervisor also. I requesting you to dont visit to pratulhonda service center.
