Beware of postpaid customers.
ALWAYS watch your billing history numbers whom you are calling and who are getting called. I have an Idea number Prepaid and I took Postpaid number as well 7090773845.
I had monthly plan 399. Normally I do pay regularly which I did until Jun 2021. It never came above 500 anytime with GST. But during Sep, Oct, Nov 2021 and Jan, Feb 2022 there are number of International calls made from my number and billing mounted to minimum 1200 per month. During Sep, Nov 2021; I didnt observed the billing history and I paid simply 2300/-. Its my bad I didnt observed the billing history numbers. Later I got doubt and started seeing all the numbers and really surprised to see that I made calls to Austria, Hungary, Greece, . When I called VI executive, he is telling that SIM is in my phone and am holding the number and mobile how others will be calling from my number! He suggested to get your mobile to be checked with local mobile stores. How mobile calls without my intervention! I dont know. Later I stopped paying bills and removed my SIM as well. They disconnected my number in Feb and Mar 2022, am not seeing the international numbers in billing history . They sent me Legal notices from Mar 2022 onwards. Today they called me and made me to pay 3900 giving a discount of 1000 for which am not at all responsive consumer. They threatened to give legal notices if I dont pay the bill.
So be aware of VI postpaid and DONT GO FOR THIS ANYTIME. Plans might be attractive but its JUNK.
