Pro: It has a 750 watts motor which grinds everything well.
Con: You should keep running all the jars always. You go on a holiday and return after a few months and you will find all your jars jammed.
There is a sabatier blade(S shaped) in a broad based 1 ltr jar which can grate only large quantities of carrots. The chutney jar of half ltr is nothing to sing about either. All the jars are broad based instead of being elongated. The 1.5 ltr jar grinds tough stuff well.
Not good for a small family.
Moreover what is the use if you cannot leave the jars alone for a few months and are in a pressure to use them frequently?
I never used the half ltr and 1.5 ltr jars. I bought an extra Preethi MGA-501 0.4-Litre Chutney Jar which I had been using for 6-7 yrs. Now that is also jammed. Probably they can get repaired. But this defect should not be there when you buy something as costly as this! They promise 2 yrs warranty & lifelong free service.
All Preethi jars are like a fussy wife. You do not pay attention always and she dumps you.
As a backup I am adding this. I bought 1 more jar. It got jammed in 1 use. never ever go for this brand. Total waste of money.
