We bought a 110 V PLATINUM(MG-153) mixer in December 2014 and gifted it to a relative who lives in US.
They found after opening the box that 0.4 litre jar and whipper blade was missing. We complained to Preethi customer service and they advised us to
see the checklist on flap of the box. We noticed that checklist did not have these items.
Now Preethi customer care, instead of sending us these missing items are asking us to again come to shop and collect it when it is not our mistake. Again we will have to travel to get the missing items.
I would not recommend this mixer to anyone.
