We are there at the preferred Residency last week for some fun at our holidays. The Ambience is not clean also the pool water is it dirty As well. Staff is very slow and not cleaning on regular basis. Room services is good but needs to be improved as we ordered food in the night and it comes with 30 minutes late. And the house keeping me on next morning is also very late they do not have the exact time to do things. The value for money I should give is 4 out of 10. Customer service and the waiter service is not that much good so I don’t think I should go there again.
