It is the remake for the malayalam version.it slated the same as the theme of malayalam version but the telugu version included comedy track.one of the great thing they did is the makers made changes to the original story.the story is the hero makes the run of the love story through out the life in mainly three stages, but he always fails to make his love sucessfull, He falls in love with three different girls Suma(Anupama Parameswaran) Sithara(Shruthi Hassan) and Sindhu(Madonna).Shruthi Haasan’s role is a bit different, Premam has superb production values, Premam is one romantic entertainer which is good to watch in this festival season.
