We have bought Prestige Royale due to modern looks. We started to have problem from the day one. The base on which we keep the utensils was not proper. I have to call up service center to get it corrected. After using for 9 months or so without much problem.
Now there is problem with the flow of the gas. I have booked a complaint with the service center, but they are not responding at all. When ever I call up, the response will be they will attend in 1 hr or so. The funny part is he will always say that the customer support person is in the next lane and he will attend today at any cost. Which is not happening for last 15 days. I even called a manager, but of no help.
I used to give good value for the Prestige Brand, but seeing the customer service, i will not buy or recommend any product of Prestige.
