My mom bought a 4 burner Prestige Gas stove from Hanuman Stainless steel shop on 11th cross Malleswaram. I felt one of the burner was not okay & hence called the Retail shop. Immediately I was asked to contact 080-32214888. The Service personal by name Mr.Vinod was very polite & sent his service person the next day ( as I requested for service after 18:00hrs in the Evening).
At 18:15 hrs, the service person turned up & checked the nozzle & also gave me few tips to check the same. All my worries after reading only negative ratings vanished & has made me more comfortable & happy that I own a very good model & also wanted to spread this to others.
